My name is Jill Pearson and my boundary lines have fallen in pleasant places, as the psalmist says.  They wrap around a red Craftsman house with a wide front porch, a husband and his bride of 25 years, a lovely teen daughter (and two who have flown the nest,) and a cat with a bum paw.  There is a hedge of lilacs along one side because lilacs are the long-awaited gift of a Minnesota spring.

I'm a girl drawn deeply to the mysteries of God, and this spills into all the spaces of my life...family, faith, art, songwriting, and even doing the laundry.  This blog allows me to ponder the places where my interests converge.
